CBSE board exam-Marking scheme has 2 marks for presentation, 2 for originality /novelty of thoughts and 1 mark for language. Please Note- --- Colouring is not necessary. My suggestion to avoid it.Try to use Pencil. There is no negative marking for using pen though.
The picture can be on any side or in the centre, depends on your product or topic.
Also, it should grab attention, self-explanatory and make presentation meaningful!
